FXMath Pocket

FXMath Pocket is a small visual calculator built to help learners understand what mathematical expressions mean.

Many students can calculate values like cos(π/3) or sqrt(3² + 4²), but the geometric meaning behind those numbers often remains hidden.
FXMath Pocket brings that meaning back into view.

When you enter a trigonometric function or the square root of a sum of squares, the app generates a clear geometric diagram of the expression.
Switching between degrees and radians updates the visualization instantly.

What it supports now

• sin, cos, tan and their geometric representations

• asin, acos, atan with angle reasoning

• sqrt(a² + b²) for right-triangle geometry

• A clean memory display

• A clutter-free calculator layout suitable for classrooms

The app will be open source in the near future.
